Our Mission and Vision

The Coalition to Save Lives began with Save a Life Tour. A group of musicians, choosing to use their gifts to proclaim the Kingdom of God. Founded on Matthew 11:28  “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”, and in following the Great Commission, this mission has evolved in the ministry you see before you. A ministry of disciples of Jesus Christ, seeking to open the eyes and ears of those closed by the ways of this troubled world.

Our Mission Statement:

2 Corinthians 4:4 states: “The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.”

In the spirit of 2 Corinthians, we seek to reveal the life and promise of Jesus through our bodies, so that God’s light may shine out of darkness. Through evangelistic endeavors, prayer, and love, we surrender our lives to proclaiming His Kingdom throughout our world, to lead those in darkness to the light of God.

Our Vision:

Service: Provide Food/Clothing/Worship/Prayer

Evangelism: Leading souls to Christ

Discipleship: Connections to local churches & recovery organizations

In the Words of Jesus Christ;

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.”

“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”

Matthew 25:34-40

What a Blessing

5/5 stars

My band, Fear One, was fortunate enough to cross paths with Romans Road with no other explanation than God intervention. We Team up with the coloition and did 2 tours in Virginia and one in New Jersey in 2016. What a blessing it was to see people smile who had alot of reasons not to, people from different walks of life come together for one cause and, most importantly, lives changed by being introduced to Jesus. People were fed, both physically and Spiritually and were shown unconditional love.
Not only was it life changing for the ones who were ministered to, but the ones who ministered also, including me. What a blessing! I look forward to serving with this team in 2017.
