John Simons – President

I’ve always been interested in music. In elementary school till I graduated I played trombone. When I was thirteen I was given a guitar and that’s when I knew this was my calling. I am pretty much self taught and have been in many bands, some successful and some not. I traveled down the road of drugs and alcohol and had a lot if bumps in my life that caused a lot of bruises. But through that long journey of mess ups, I was always spared from serious injury or death. A lot of those experiences I look back on and know without God’s protective hand, I wouldn’t be hear today. When I surrendered to His will for me, I knew that this ministry was what I was spared for. To tell the world of Jesus and his saving Grace. As I walk, I know Jesus has my back. When problems arise, I say Give It To God.
2 Corinthians 12:9
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

John is the President of the Coalition to Save Lives, it is his vision, and that of his band Roman’s Road that began the Save a Life Tour.
